Warehouse Associate / Package Handler and Sorter

Job Description

Sl Trading Company LLC is currently hiring Flexitime Warehouse Associate/Package Handler and Sorter.

As a Warehouse Associate / Package Handler and Sorter at Sl Trading Company LLC, you will be tasked w. with various assignments including lifting, moving, and sorting boxes to build pallets of freight. You’ll lift, lower and slide packages up to 50 lbs. It is flexitime job. Earn up to $14 an hour!

Key Responsibilities for Warehouse Associate/Package Handler and Sorter:

Unloading inbound trucks – offload freight from trailers by hand.
Work the sort line – moving, organizing, staging, and loading various sized boxed freight off the conveyor line
Palletize freight – sorting packages, building pallets, and wrapping pallets in plastic to secure freight
Use digital scanners and equipment to manage the loading/unloading of freight in Sl Trading Company LLC’s system
Loading trucks with pallets using a manual pallet jack.
Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.

Extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
